Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy utilizes hypnosis as a technique to release trapped emotions, improve confidence, reduce pain, lose weight, and so much more. It gives almost instant results in most cases without having to go for several sessions for the same reason.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a great therapeutic method which utilizes hypnosis as a tool to relax and put the brain in theta state to get in touch with the subconscious mind. Once the conscious mind relaxes it gets easier to get to the root cause of the issue the client wants to address. Once that state is reached a normal conversation happens between the client and the therapist which includes some questions and suggestions, as needed.

Clients often feel relieved after a hypnotherapy session, as if a burden has been lifted off, this is because of the trapped emotions bothering the client were released during the session. The client remembers everything about the session and are often more energized and relaxed.

A session may last anywhere in between 90 minutes to 2 hours.

I always suggest my clients to keep few hours for themselves after each session so that they can just relax and be with themselves to simply process their feelings. 

Is it safe?

Indeed it is! It is not like that you'll lose your consciousness or won't remember anything about the session or will get stuck. All myths!

If anything you'll be more aware of your surroundings and your body during the session and some clients tend to even remember more of the forgotten experiences they had in the past which helps them connect the dots even more clearly.

How can I prepare for a session?

If we're doing an online session then please make sure you have a quiet space for yourself where you won't be disturbed for next few hours. Make sure you have a functioning camera, so that I can see you during the session and good earphones/headphones so that I can hear you clearly, as the clients tend to speak slower under relaxed state. Keep a bottle of water with you just in case you feel thirsty and box of tissue paper if you happen to release emotions through tears. If we are doing an in-person session then you don't have to worry about anything, I'll take care of everything.

You may want to mediate at least once a day from the day you have booked the session until your session is over. This will  help your mind to relax easily in the session and saves us some time which can be used more in the session. However, it is only recommended and by no means is necessary.

Do not take any mind altering drugs unto 48 hours before the session. If you are on any medicines or have any medical condition which may not allow you to experience the session fully then please do get an advise from your doctor first. Also, before coming for the session please make sure you have a written approval from your doctor.

If you drink coffee or tea then please make sure you have had it at least 1-2 hours before the session.

You will receive an online form to fill in as soon as you book the session. Please make sure you spend good time filling that form as it has some key questions about yourself and the session.

Post session, you'll be recommended to eat well, drink loads of water (can't insist on this more), and rest well. Also, be open to any new emotions or old memory that pops up as it may be necessary for you and your body might be try to release even more.

Do I need to be physically present for the session?

Not at all! Most of the sessions that I do are online skype/zoom sessions. Your physical presence absolutely doesn't matter and the session is equally effective or probably more as the clients tend to be more comfortable in their own space.

Anything else that I need to be aware of?

Just that, every session is  a unique session so try to be open minded and let go off any expectations, to experience it fully and get the best out of it. You will get exactly what you need!

Most of my clients book multiple sessions in a go to work on other issues, as they start to experience a shift in their life with just the first session itself.

How much does it cost?

Irrespective of the hours I spent before the session to prepare for the session and during the session, as an energy exchange, I always ask for an optimum amount. You can check for more details on the booking page.
